Birmingham based Martineau Big Band are making a rare visit to the area, to perform at St Peters Church, Upton Road, Powick, WR2 4QT. The concert starts at 7:30 on Sunday May 6th. Entry is £6 and light refreshments will be available during the interval. The concert is a fundraising event for the Church.

The 17-piece Martineau Big Band play music from the ’30s to the present day. They are led by award-winning Musical Director, John Ruddick MBE, musical director of the Midland Youth Jazz Orchestra, 11 times winners in the BBC National Big Band Competition.
